What forms of payment can I use?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. All credit cards payments are processed by PayPal on their secure website.

it safe to use my credit card?
To provide you with the highest level of security
AirDry.org uses PayPal.com for online credit card
processing. PayPal is the world’s leading payment processing
company. When you click on Buy Now button you will be redirected
to the PayPal site. On the PayPal site you will enter your
information (including credit card number) and once the transaction is
completed you will return to our site. SSL (Secured Socket Layer) connection is used to process all of your information. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information about PayPal payment processing. |

What
happens to the information I give you?
AirDry LLC does not have access to your credit
card information as it is handled entirely by PayPal. This way
you can be assured that your credit card information is completely safe.
Any other information provided, like your name, address or email will
only be used to complete ordering and shipping process. |
My
credit card information was not accepted. What can I do?
For proper credit card verification, the
billing address on your order must match the billing address on your
credit card. Please make sure that your name and address appears
exactly the same as the name on your credit card billing statement.
If your card has a security code it must be entered correctly on the payment screen. |
Do you charge sales tax?
Only for PA residents. Since AirDry LLC has a physical location in Pennsylvania, we are required to collect sales tax for
residents of Pennsylvania.

Where do you ship your product?
We offer shipping within United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and to Canada.
At this time we do not offer shipping overseas.

How
much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat fee of eight dollars for
shipping and handling of a single drying rack anywhere in the continental
United States. Shipping price for multiple items: 2 - $12, 3 - $18, 4 - $25, 5 - $30, for orders larger than 5 items, please contact us.
Shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii: 1 - $25, 2 - $35, 3 - $40, 4 - $45, 5 - $50.
Shipping rates for Canada: 1 - $15, 2 - $25, 3 - $30, 4 - $35, 5 - $40.

How is AirDry packaged?
Each drying rack is individually packaged in a box (43'' x 3'' x 3'') |
What
shipping carriers do you use?
Our drying racks are shipped via UPS Ground. |
How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
It will take between 2 and 7 business days. |
How do I track my shipment?
When your order is shipped you will receive a
confirmation email. This email will include a UPS tracking number
that can used to track your shipment on UPS.com.

What ceiling types can I use to install AirDry?
AirDry can be easily installed on both drywall and concrete ceilings and of course it can be attached to wood studs. Hardware supplied with AirDry is for drywall installation: 8 self drilling anchors and eight screws.
Can I install AirDry in a room that is 10 feet high?
Yes, however, you will need to position the wall clasp at 6 feet from the ground and this will allow rods to be dropped to 6 feet level.
My laundry room is 11 feet high, can I still install AirDry?
Only if you are comfortable reaching to the height of 7 feet for hanging your laundry. For 11 feet ceilings you will need to position the wall clasp at 7 feet from the ground and this will allow rods to be dropped to 7 feet level.
I have limited ceiling space in my laundry room, how can I tell if I have enough space for AirDry?
If your ceiling has enough space for a 43" x 22" rectangle and one of the short sides is close (12'' or less) to the wall then you have enough space for AirDry. In other words simply imagine 43" x 22" box on the ceiling with the strings coming down on one of the 22'' sides.
How long are the lines that you pull to raise the hanging bars?
The cords used to raise and lower the rods are 23 feet long.

What is your return policy?
We are so confident that you will like our product, that we offer a one year money back guarantee. You can return AirDry within one year of delivery for a full refund. |
What is the procedure for returning my drying rack?
Simply send us an email using our Contact Us section, stating the reason for the return.
We will email you Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number as well as our shipping address.
Please make sure you include RMA number on your return shipment. |
How long will it take before I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the time we receive the shipment.
